Project Process

At MINC we offer a fully comprehensive design service to our clients, from concept design through to final implementation & hand over. Our services include architectural renovations, spaceplanning, interior design, sourcing, bespoke furniture design & interior styling.

Each project starts with a no-charge initial meeting with the client at the property. This is an opportunity to discuss the project in detail and learn about your needs, personality, lifestyle & requirements - in essence, to learn what is important to you so that the finished project is a true reflection of who you are. Budgets and time scale will also be discussed at this point. This meeting is followed up with a written fee proposal, based on the services required.

Once the fee proposal has been accepted, MINC will then develop a concept design proposal to reflect the design intent for the project. Once this stage has been approved in principle, we will continue with the detail designs and specifications for the project. We also offer furniture and accessory sourcing, as well
